All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
| Period before arrival | Cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| 30 – 16 days | 50% |
| 15 – 7 days | 60% |
| 6 days or less | 80% |
| No-show | 100% |
| Early departure | 100% of unused services |
No refunds shall be given for:
- Missed activities.
- Missed transfers.
- Unused accommodation nights.
- Late arrivals.
- Early departures.
- Voluntary itinerary changes during travel.
Certain lodges, flights, charter services, permits, and special events may impose stricter cancellation terms.
